Bit disappointed, thought it was how to make pasta from scratch but recipes look lovely.

Made from scratch pasta

The only pasta made from scratch is the ravioli, other than that the recipes are for ready made pastas.
It’s a compact little book, with some nice ideas, I really bought it, to cook with my nephew, who’s only food group is pasta, ( nodding my head) , the recipes are easy enough for a 14 year old to follow, so we shall have a fun time, in Aunties test kitchen.
