The ordering of the book was painless quick and efficient The book arrived at the bookstore within 48 hours of placing my order The only issue I have is with the bookstore who told me that the book was not in store and would have to be bought online When I collected the book a vary helpful assistant asked why I had not bought the book from the shop as they had several copies in stock!! and I would have got a discount
